Google Book Search

Google Book Search allows you to search the vast database of Google who has established partnerships with authors and publishers. Out-of-print or public domain books can be read/searched in their entirety. Others can be searched in small segments but the Google search function allows you to locate relevant material you may need for a paper or project.

The Bible Centre

This web site allows our EDEN students to access their collection of online resources based in the UK and outside the restrictions of U.S. Copyright laws and limitations. A username and password is needed to access this database.

Barna Films

Erskine Seminary has purchased the rights to access the Barna Films image database. The database includes both still photographs and short movie clips. Both can be imbedded into Power Point presentations. A user name and password are needed to access the site. Please contact the EDEN office through email (eden@erskine.edu) or by phone (866.596.EDEN) to verify your student status and receive the access codes.

Religion-On-Line.Org

This database contains more than 6,000 articles and chapters. Topics include Old and New Testament, Theology, Ethics, History and Sociology of Religion, Communication and Cultural Studies, Pastoral Care, Counseling, Homiletics, Worship, Missions and Religious Education.

The Virtual Seminary is operated and managed by Virtual Seminary, Inc., a California non-profit public benefit organization.The Virtual Seminary is not a "school" and offers no courses, degrees or diplomas. The Association of Religion Data Archives

The ARDA allows you to interactively explore the highest quality data on American and international religion using online features for generating national profiles, maps, church membership overviews, denominational heritage trees, tables, charts, and other summary reports. Over 350 data files are available for online preview and most can be downloaded for additional research.

Princeton Seminary Digital Resources

This site contains manuscripts, monographs, and serials. The serials section has a complete collection of Princeton Seminary Review periodicals going back to 1825 when it was known as the Princeton Theological Review. In the manuscripts section they have a digital copy of the travel journal written by Charles Hodge on a trip to Europe from 1827 to 1828 as well as a collection of his most famous sermons.
