To assist with your financial planning, we are providing you with a schedule of approved tuition and fees effective fall semester 2005. You are assessed tuition each semester based on a credit hour basis. Please note that you must make payment arrangements by the deadline or your registration will be withdrawn. The seminary reserves the right to request the withdrawal of a student at any time if the student’s financial account is not kept current or if payment arrangements have not been satisfactorily made.
Payment Options
Approved and/or pending financial aid scholarships or grants will be calculated into the payment amount that you owe each semester. If you have additional scholarships or grants, please contact the Financial Aid Office at (800) 770-6936, prior to the calculation of tuition payments.
You may enroll in a three-month payment plan with the Erskine College and Theological Seminary Business Office. The payment plan will apply to tuition only, as all other assessed fees must be paid by the beginning of the term. The payment plan begins in September and ends in November, with payments due by the 5th of each month. You are required to pay a low enrollment fee of $50.00 per semester at the time you enroll for the plan. You will need to complete an enrollment form. If you have any questions regarding the payment plan, please contact the Business Office at (864) 379-8811.
Refund Policy for Withdrawal from the Seminary
Tuition and Fees: If a student withdraws from seminary during the first two weeks of a term, a refund of tuition will be made except for $100, which will be retained to cover the cost of enrollment. After two weeks, refunds of tuition for withdrawal from the seminary will be made in accordance with the applicable schedule for refunds governing dropped courses as described below. Refunded monies will be allocated in the following order of priority: FEEL programs, institutional funds, and direct student payments. No fees are refundable regardless of the cause of withdrawal. No refund for tuition, room, or fees will be made to a student who is asked to withdraw for academic or disciplinary reasons. |
