Bridge Certificate Policies

Credit
• Students may transfer up to 9 credit hours earned in the for-credit option into most Erskine Seminary degree programs per guidelines of the academic policies set by Erskine Seminary
• Students opting to take the for-credit option must receive a grade of C or better
• Limit of one for-credit certificate per learner. Unlimited certificates available for non-credit option
• Learners seeking the for-credit option must complete all assignments. Those applying to the program as a non-credit user may not have to complete all assignments
Registration Period

• 2 Bridge-terms (January and June)
• Learners may apply at any time for the Bridge-term, understanding that certain courses should be taken in sequence.
• Certificate will be awarded pending a fully-paid account. Subsequent registrations will not be processed on overdue accounts.

• Should you decide later to matriculate into an Erskine Seminary degree program, usual seminary application processes are required.
Registration fee will be assessed each time you register for a Bridge-term.
Non credit fees include CEUs, church training, and personal enrichment.
• Registration fee and course costs must be paid at registration.
• No refunds will be issued. Should students need to withdraw, monies invested and course work completed will not transfer.
• No scholarships or other discounts apply.

Format

• Each course is online and follows an 8-week format.
• Courses are not offered concurrently but rather in a single-option format. In other words, learners may not complete 2 courses at the same time but rather should a consecutive manner.
• Assignments may include readings, projects, and discussion forums.
• Courses are structured according to the completion of course objectives and learning outcomes.
